This is a product privacy notice, not legal advice or a substitute for a jurisdiction-specific privacy policy. The organization operating ShieldPlay must review, complete and approve this text with qualified legal counsel before presenting it as a final legal document.

Data categories used by the product

Gameplay review dataMinecraft player UUID, player name, violations, check metrics, timestamps, incidents and punishment workflow records.
Support and billing dataSupport ticket content, optional attachments, subscription status and payment-provider references.
Notification configurationWebhook URLs, selected events and enabled state used to deliver alerts.

Security and minimization

Server API keys are scoped to the individual server and should be rotated after exposure. Staff access is organization-scoped, owner-controlled and can be limited to exact check exemptions. Use only the metrics needed for a legitimate operational purpose, and do not put credentials or personal data in alert templates or public logs.

Questions and requests

For privacy questions, use the Contact page so the operating organization can assess the request under the laws that apply to it. Include enough account and organization information to identify the request, but never send secrets in a support message.
