Permitted use
Use ShieldPlay only to administer servers you own or are authorized to manage, and only in accordance with applicable law, game platform rules and your community policies. Keep staff accounts, session credentials, server keys and webhook URLs confidential.
Owner responsibilities
- Review evidence before disciplining a player, especially review-only signals.
- Set staff access and per-check exemptions carefully; remove access when a staff role ends.
- Maintain backups of local agent configuration before upgrades.
- Provide truthful configuration, billing and support information.
- Do not use the service to collect unrelated personal data or to target players unfairly.
Availability and integrations
ShieldPlay depends on hosting, Minecraft server software and optional third parties such as Discord and Stripe. A temporary integration failure must be treated as an operational condition, not evidence about a player. Service availability, pricing, support commitments and liability terms require final legal and commercial review by the operating organization.
